Porcelain, Majolica, Silicon, Ferrite, Semi Conductors,
Graphite, Natural & Artificial Stone, Fiberglass
Reinforced resin, Duroplast, Glass Quartz, Refractory
materials.
CBN is mainly used for Second Hard Materoal, Treated
Steel, Cast Iron, Spring Steel, Steel of Concrete, High
Alloy Steel, Hot or Cold Working Steel, HSS, Bearing
Steel & Stellite like diamond of CBN can be chose
among a wide range of tyres, each with its own property.
Normally, the biggest Diameter accepted by the Machine
is chosen, without ever exceeding the maximum works
speed allowed by the machine.

types and sizes, Bond or Matrix Systems, Diamond Concentrations,
Special Shapes, Forms and Tolerances are all consider
and then put in to actual form of product. We don't
provide "Off the Self" Diamond tools but rather
tooling made to our Customer's Specification based on
the material being machined.
